Enjoy an immersive evening of dining and tradition, as Amana brings its globally informed, ingredient-driven approach to a menu of land and sea cooked over open fire, the signature Cienfuegos experience at AltaGracia. Family-style dining begins at 7:00 pm alongside a series of choreographed riding performances by our caballistas.

Rooted in balance, restraint, and intentional preparation, the evening highlights a way of eating designed to nourish over time, complemented by refined, plant-forward cocktails for an immersive expression of place and craft.
