Discover the unique ingredients and traditional dishes of Costa Rica in a hands-on workshop led by Chef Paulo Valerios; an experience that honors the flavors of the past, celebrates the present, and preserves a culinary legacy for the future.
6:30 – 9:30 PM | Huacas x Grano
Inspired by agriculture, food foraging, and the richness of our surroundings, our culinary approach celebrates the land in every dish. Enjoy a special dinner with guest chef Paulo Valerios at our signature restaurant, Grano.
Saturday, March 14
6:30 9:30 PM | Edible Garden Dinner with Huacas
Inspired by the region’s seasonal bounty, the Edible Garden Dinner Series partners with Huacas for a chef-led, four-course experience celebrating modern Costa Rican cuisine. Hosted Sunday evenings in El Cultivo, the dinner honors indigenous traditions through dishes rooted in local ingredients, memory, and fire, paired with plant-driven cocktails for an immersive expression of land and culture.
