Cancellation Policy
Guests Staying at Hacienda AltaGracia Your ticket will be charged at the time of booking. If unforeseen circumstances prevent you from attending, we will gladly apply the full value of your ticket as a credit toward another eligible experience during your stay. Refunds cannot be issued. External Guests As with all live performances, ticket purchases are final. Once confirmed, tickets cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged.
