Sip a curated selection of wines from around the world, each of which is expertly paired with Ritual chocolate, an artisanal chocolate-maker based in nearby Heber City, Utah. Made from ethically-sourced cacao, savor unique chocolate flavors such as Barrel-Aged Bourbon, Gin Juniper Lavender Utah Honeycomb and S’Mores.

Celebrate the season with a hands-on baking experience rooted in the Executive Chef’s Mexican heritage. Guests shape and decorate their own mini Rosca using candied fruits and spiced sugar, learning about the tradition and the hidden figurine that makes this pastry so special. While the roscas bake, guests prepare traditional Mexican hot chocolate from scratch. Once complete, everyone gathers to enjoy their warm rosca and hot chocolate, savoring both the flavors and the stories behind this festive tradition.

Begin your evening with an introduction to The Macallan’s storied heritage and signature flavor profile. The experience opens with a guided tasting of neat Macallan, highlighting the influence of sherry casks, before moving into a hands-on cocktail session. Guests craft three Macallan-based cocktails under the guidance of an expert mixologist, while stories of Macallan’s legacy and cask-aging process weave throughout the session. Light bar snacks accompany the tasting, and recipe cards allow you to recreate the experience at home.
