- Deepen your connection to each other through the ancient ritual of heart-opening cacao. Learn the history and healing arts of this magical plant medicine and add chosen aromatic spices to create your own special ceremony. Nature then welcomes you to step into the private creekside sauna to warm and relax the body before returning to The Sanctuary, where your personal massage therapists are waiting. The heart, mind and body align and slow down, reconnecting you to the wild and a more grounded state of being.

90-minute massages
- Take a slow, mindful walk to The Sanctuary beneath the pines and meet your certified breathwork coach inside the warmth of the creekside canvas. Your coach will assist you with focused breathing to train the mind to respond calmly to cold water and will remain by your side, reminding you of your breath while submerged. Rejuvenated after conquering the plunge, the outdoor sauna will heat and relax your muscles, preparing the body for a grounding couple’s massage. Refreshed and inspired, return to the spa lounge for nourishment and complete your journey.

- Following your successful "On the Rocks" plunge and sauna, return to The Sanctuary canopy to relax with your personal High West Whiskey Ambassador. Get warm from the inside, and learn the art of tasting whiskey while diving into the unique history of Utah spirits.
