A Culinary Journey with 50 Best’s Top Latin American Chef Manu Buffara
This March, Baja Lab Kitchen welcomes acclaimed Chef Manu Buffara to Chileno Bay for a one-night-only culinary collaboration at COMAL. Chef Manu Buffara is an internationally acclaimed Brazilian chef celebrated for her ingredient-driven cuisine and deep commitment to sustainability. She is the chef-owner of Restaurante Manu, the first tasting-menu restaurant in Brazil led by a woman, and was named Best Female Chef in Latin America by the 50 Best Academy and Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants. For this special evening, she’ll join forces with COMAL’s Culinary Experiences Director Yvan Mucharraz to craft a vibrant, multi-sensory journey that honors seasonal, local sourcing and inventive flavors.
