This April, Baja Lab Kitchen welcomes Val Cantu to Chileno Bay for a one-night-only, four-course dinner at COMAL. The acclaimed force behind Californios, Cantu—named a Rising Star Chef by StarChefs and the San Francisco Chronicle and one of Food & Wine’s Best New Chefs—brings his refined, boundary-pushing approach to Mexican cuisine to the shores of Baja, crafting a bespoke culinary journey alongside COMAL’s Culinary Experiences Director, Yvan Mucharraz.
