Pasta Masterclass and COMAL Collaboration with Chef Evan Funke
November 19 to 20, 2026- Acclaimed pasta maestro and two-time James Beard nominated Chef Funke joins Chef Yvan Mucharraz for a celebration of Italian craft through a Baja lens. The two-day experience begins with a four-course dinner at COMAL, where time-honored Italian techniques meet the peninsula’s seasonal bounty, followed by an intimate, hands-on pasta masterclass with Funke at YAYA.

Baja Beach Cookout and Four-Course COMAL Dinner with ARCA and Fauna
December 17 to 18, 2026- December brings together Chef José Luis Hinostroza of ARCA, Chef David Castro Hussong of Fauna, and the winemakers of Bruma and Cervantes Family Vineyards for two nights showcasing the creative energy of contemporary Mexican cuisine. The collaboration kicks off on the sand with a lively beachfront feast before moving to COMAL the following evening for a refined four-course menu shaped by each chef’s distinct perspective.
