On the occasion of Pitti Taste, this exclusive dinner pays tribute to the excellence of the Mugello region through products from the historic Palagiaccio Farm, Savini truffles, and a thoughtfully curated selection of paired wines. The evening unfolds as a gastronomic journey that honors both ingredient and place, where agricultural heritage, short supply chains, and respect for the land meet the contemporary cuisine of Chef Nicola Zamperetti of Collegio alla Querce, in an atmosphere of warmth and conviviality. From the farm’s cheeses and meats to the wines and cocktails served throughout the evening, each element tells a story of quality, sustainability, and authenticity—reinterpreting Tuscan tradition through a modern lens and transforming it into a memorable, multi-sensory experience.
