    Bring your golf clubs if you'd like to try out the 9-hole public Hancock Golf Course across the street. Founded in 1899 by Lewis Hancock, the golf course is one of the oldest golf courses in Texas. Located in the heart of Austin, this par 35, 9-hole walking course carries up and down hills over beautiful Waller Creek and features small, well-manicured greens typical of the era in which it was built.
