The Experience
The Laiterie features two mezzanine spaces overlooking the main exhibition hall. Each one serves as a library: one is the Library of the Past, containing books published before 1920; the other, the Library of the Future, dedicated to works published after 1920. Many books about the artists exhibited at Domaine des Etangs can be found here. Padded leather sofas, perfectly positioned lighting, and shelves brimming with fascinating and unusual volumes make these libraries a true haven for literature lovers.
