Noches de Esperanza
Experience Noches de Esperanza, an immersive evening where mixology becomes a sensory journey through Baja California Sur, blending exceptional craftsmanship, regional ingredients, and storytelling. Each cocktail is inspired by the peninsula’s landscapes, seasons, and cultural rituals, inviting guests to explore Baja through taste and aroma. Each month Esperanza will welcome a globally acclaimed guest bartender to create a bespoke cocktail menu inspired by Baja. The signature drink of the evening will be available the remainder of the month at Alma, celebrating a specific element of the season.
