The Experience
Nozomi, meaning hope, is Esperanza’s ode to the long-standing tradition of Japanese explorers who would brave the wild elements to cross the Pacific Ocean in hopes for a better life fishing and trading in La Baja. Specifically, Esperanza's one-of-a-kind Nozomi dinner is a sumptuous sushi experience inspired by the Japanese ship Inari Maru, which ran aground on our shores more than 50 years ago, and the influences the crew left on the coastal towns of Los Cabos.
