    Offering additional outdoor seating on the veranda or in the adjoining Antler Lounge, The Kitz provides the perfect spot for a mid-mountain snack or a heartier meal. Get a shot of energy with an abundant selection of specialty coffee drinks and savory options to start the day from a full mountain breakfast and avocado toast with shaved radishes to freshly baked pastries. At lunchtime, refuel with gourmet sandwiches, salads, and Bavarian pretzels as well as decadent desserts, classic cocktails and wines by the glass.

    This season, three Alpenglobes will transform the Garten at Goldener Hirsch, offering a distinctive way to dine amidst the mountains. Beginning December 1, guests may reserve a globe for a two-hour culinary experience featuring an exclusive prix fixe tasting menu with optional wine pairings.

  • Michelin-Starred Moody Tongue Omakase in the Wintergarten Alpenglobes

    Moody Tongue Sushi brings its celebrated omakase to Goldener Hirsch in March 2026, with a seasonal residency inside our intimate Alpenglobes. Enjoy a 13-course tasting with optional Michelin-starred beer pairings.
