The experience brings the refinement of Europe’s most distinguished kitchens to the heart of the Rockies, shaped by a shared commitment to craftsmanship, culture and deeply personal hospitality. Designed as an intimate, living masterclass, the evening invites conversation and discovery, tracing the lineage, terroir and philosophy behind each course and pairing. A five-course seasonal menu is thoughtfully complemented by wines from Château Angélus, the storied Saint-Émilion estate. Hosted within Aspen’s most storied hotel, this limited-seating experience offers a rare opportunity to witness culinary artistry and winemaking heritage in dialogue.
