- Embrace the spirit of the festive season with an afternoon of craft and creativity with Cottage Courses at Mayflower Inn & Spa. Guided by local interior decorator and antiques dealer Ellen Hubbard, guests are invited to learn the delicate art of crafting mistletoe entirely from paper - cutting, shaping, and twining each piece with floral wire to form elegant holiday blooms. Each guest will receive a bud vase to display and take home their handmade creation. All materials are provided, and children are warmly invited to participate alongside an accompanying adult.

Founded by Natalie Baxter and Polly Shindler, these all-level classes connect participants with artists and practitioners who bring their own creative spin to learning and making. Each course grows out of the instructor’s own practice, offering a glimpse into their ideas and work in a relaxed, welcoming setting.
