- A Japanese energy-balancing technique that utilizes a light touch to promote deep healing.

- Even while physically apart, we can still energetically connect with each other. Join one of our energy healers for a virtual experience which includes a guided meditation and distance Reiki healing for a renewed sense of well-being.

- An ancient healing modality combining acupressure along the meridians of the body and passive yoga stretching. Restores energy and reduces muscle pain.

- This expansive, rejuvenating treatment begins with a cleanse and lymphatic drainage massage for the face. It is followed by a brief consultation and targeted acupuncture session, including facial acupuncture. Ending the treatment with a hot herbal compress, gua sha and light stim.

- This session includes a consultation to review your health history, including a nutritional and supplement evaluation. The intake is followed by a targeted acupuncture session.
