About Antica Terra
Nestled in the rugged landscape of Oregon’s Eola-Amity Hills, Antica Terra is both a place and a philosophy – one that embraces challenge as an essential component. Set on 188 acres of native oak woodland, gardens and seasonal waterways in the Willamette Valley, it is a biodynamic-certified vineyard and creative center where every endeavor – from farming to food to art – is united by a pursuit of beauty, detail and meaning. Thirty-four acres are planted to Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, from which the winery produces fewer than 3,000 cases annually. Founded by head winemaker Maggie Harrison and joined by winemaker Mimi Adams in 2022, Antica Terra is a site of ongoing inquiry and uncompromising craft.

About Mimi Adams
Mimi Adams brings a depth of experience and a lifetime in farming to her role as co-winemaker at Antica Terra. She grew up working the soil at her family’s Forrest Green Farm in Virginia before pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Horticulture at Virginia Tech, grounding her winemaking in science and a deep understanding of ecosystems and plants. Her career began in Virginia, where she worked harvests at King Family Vineyards, Afton Mountain Vineyards and Blenheim Vineyards, experiences that ultimately led her to RdV Vineyards. It was there that she decided to pursue winemaking at the highest level. Mimi expanded her perspective abroad, working at Longridge Winery in South Africa and then as the 2019 Doug Wisor Scholar at Craggy Range in New Zealand. Later that year, she came to Oregon for her first harvest with Maggie Harrison at Antica Terra. She was promoted to co-winemaker in 2022, and as she approaches her seventh harvest alongside Maggie, she continues to guide the winemaking with both precision and creativity, combining technical expertise with an intuitive sense of place.
