The Experience

Experience the transformative practice of Charlotte, North Carolina’s Core Burn Pilates studio at The Lodge at Primland. Led by visiting master Lucy Graham-Fleishman, guests are invited to join daily mat pilates sessions inspired by Joseph Pilates’ Six Principles – designed to restore balance, build strength and elevate overall well-being.

  • Pilates Sessions

    • Core Burn Foundations
      Core Burn Foundations guides you through a series of Classical and Contemporary Pilates movements guided by your breath. This class is an inviting space to explore Pilates exercises and get comfortable with various props. During this session, you will practice proper form, postural alignment and movement fluidity to strengthen your core and build your Pilates practice.
    • Core Burn Tone & Sculpt
      Core Burn Tone & Sculpt is a playful class designed to challenge your core. The session will guide you through a series of Classical and Contemporary Pilates exercises for a full-body workout. You will leave feeling longer, leaner and stronger.
    • Core Burn Energy
      Core Burn Energy is a faster-paced class. With a focus on precise movements, proper alignment and muscular control, this class will enhance your strength, control and flexibility as we increase the speed of the exercises. Movements are faster and transitions are seamless, forming a deeper connection between your body and mind.
  • Private Sessions

    Whether you're new to Pilates, recovering from an injury or looking to enhance your athletic performance, a private session provides in-depth, bespoke instruction and customized exercises to help you achieve your personal goals. Pre- and post-natal welcome. A one-on-one session custom-tailored specifically to your individual fitness goals and needs. Guided by a certified Pilates instructor, this 45-minute session will guide you through a personalized workout with a bespoke focus on your unique body mechanics, strengths and areas for improvement.
