Who is our preferred partner?

Is Miracle Air the only airline used?
While Miracle Air is our strategic partner, other air charter companies will be used where needed due to load factors, routings, availability, and frequent private charter requests. We have good partnerships with all air charter companies in Tanzania.
Can I choose a different airline and still get free flights?
All flying to and from our camps, enjoying the “free-flying offer” must be done with Miracle Air. Any alternate aircraft needed or routing will be coordinated through Miracle Air.
Are flights private or shared?
We will always strive to offer as private air transfers as possible, but there will be flying legs, based on availability and routings, that will be on a shared basis. We will always aim for a maximum of only 1 additional stop from point to point. This offer excludes any private charter bookings.
Do I have to follow a set itinerary?
We offer customized itineraries, and the exclusive luxury safari offer will be applied based on the number of nights booked at our camps and lodges. The order of itineraries can differ depending on flights and lodge and camp availability.
Which flight routes are available to other safari suppliers in northern Tanzania when using this offer?
Flights between properties, as well as limited local flights to our preferred partners and major airstrips in the Serengeti. Refer to the key and table of packages.
Are all road transfers included?
Road transfers are included as per the packages offering free road transfers. Some sectors include road transfers for the best access and convenience for our guests.
Do I need to book consecutive nights to take advantage of the offer?
Camp availability can be an issue, so as long as the itinerary you book with us aligns with the nights offered on the trip, this will ensure the free-flying offer is applied.
What if I book fewer nights per camp?
If the number of nights booked at a camp is less than what’s included in our fly-free luxury African safari offer, the complimentary flights will not apply, and standard net rates will be charged.
What happens if I change my itinerary at the last minute?
As per our Terms and Conditions, all bookings made will require confirmation with a deposit and the balance must be paid 60 days prior to arrival. Changes within 7 days of travel may incur additional charges.

Based on a minimum of 2 guests traveling. Solo passengers may be charged a single supplement.
Valid year-round and based on camp and lodge availability.
Flying sectors will be in a Cessna Grand Caravan C208. Applies to specific airstrips in Northern Tanzania: (JRO, ARK, Mwiba, Chem Chem, Seronera, Lamai, Grumeti, Kogatende, Serengeti Kusini/South, Sasakwa, Lobo Airstrips). Any other destinations will be on a request basis, subject to their respective flying rates.
Sightseeing/diversions on road transfers are not included from Arusha to Chem Chem Safari property.
Where flights are not practical, transfers will be done by road in our vehicles.

Baggage restrictions apply as per standard charter regulations — excess baggage requirements are on a request basis and costs will be calculated according to weight and size.
Any Connected Adventure with a quote or provisional status must be confirmed by 10 March 2025, or re-quoting on the new Free Flying Special offer will be applied.
Connected Adventure / Long stay luxury safari offer (20% off accommodation) already booked and confirmed with a deposit will be honored as booked.
