This holiday season at Solage, guests are invited to gather and indulge in a playful dining experience—a bold, sensory celebration of flavor and culture. In collaboration with Fly By Jing and brought to life by Executive Chef Gustavo Rios, this dim sum–inspired pop-up features a curated menu showcasing Jing’s acclaimed recipes and sauces from her James Beard Award–winning cookbook. Guests can also enjoy a traditional tea and sake service and take part in hands-on dumpling workshops throughout December, making for a truly memorable and festive experience.
