This winter, Bear unveils its take on tapas in a dining experience dedicated to small, shareable plates. Simple yet inventive, each plate showcases seasonal ingredients harvested from the Grange and prepared using flavor-forward techniques like wood fire and fermentation. Between Badger Flame Beets with goat cheese, short ribs nestled in homegrown lettuce cups and ice cream flights, experience Bear’s signature dishes in a whole new way.
