Wednesday, November 25th
11:00 AM | Block Printing Workshop
Try your hand at a timeless art that involves a wooden stamp, dye and fabric to create a personalized napkin that will complement any holiday tablescape.
3:00 PM | Farm to Kitchen Pasta Making
Meet in the Grange to forage for homegrown herbs and flowers, then transform them into pasta while sipping sparkling wine.
Thursday, November 26th
9:00 AM | Fieldhouse Turkey Trot
Participate in our annual Stanly Ranch Turkey Trot, a 3-mile guided run through the scenic trails of the property. All ages and paces are welcome.
3:00 PM | Botanical Cocktail Class
Shake, stir and sip an array of custom cocktails that draw upon freshly harvested herbs from the Grange.
11:30 AM – 8:30 PM | Thanksgiving at Bear
Indulge in oven roasted turkey prepared classically with mashed potatoes, stuffing and cranberry sauce, or sample creative alternatives by Chef Anthony Stagnaro.
Friday, November 27th
10:00 AM | Tour the Grange
Explore the winter flora of our culinary garden while learning about regenerative farming, seasonal produce and more.
11:00 AM | Charcuterie Board Workshop
From carving and dyeing a wooden board to adorning with artisanal meats and cheeses, create a one-of-a-kind charcuterie spread.
5:00 PM | Hanging with Hootbert
Meet our resident owl, Hootbert, at Ranch House to learn more about his unique behaviors while sipping mulled wine.
Saturday, November 28th
11:00 AM | Caramel Apple Making
Forage for local apples before transforming them into a nostalgic treat with homemade caramel and an array of quintessential toppings.
2:00 PM | Apple Pressing
Gather in the Grange to press apples into cider using a traditional apple press.
3:00 PM | Espresso Martini Class
Craft a holiday-inspired line-up of espresso-based cocktails to channel the festive spirit.
