We are closely monitoring the situation in Puerto Vallarta while maintaining an unparalleled guest experience.

As of February 24, 2026, the U.S. Embassy has lifted the temporary shelter-in-place advisory for Puerto Vallarta. Conditions have returned to normal, with roadways, schools, businesses, and PVR International Airport operating as usual and national and international flights continuing as scheduled. Mexico remains at a Level 2 Travel Advisory, which is consistent with its status over the past decade and aligned with the same advisory level currently assigned to countries such as France, Italy, and Spain. There are currently no travel restrictions in Puerto Vallarta or neighboring Riviera Nayarit.
