    Chef Shuai Wang brings a bold, deeply personal point of view to Seafarer’s Table, shaped by a lifetime of cooking across cultures and communities. Owner and executive chef of North Charleston’s Jackrabbit Filly and King BBQ, Shuai is known for his commitment to local, sustainable sourcing and for food that reflects both his roots and his adopted home in the Lowcountry. Today, his restaurants have earned national acclaim, including as a Season 22 Top Chef finalist, Shuai joins Seafarer’s Table for an engaging demonstration and tasting that celebrates story driven cuisine, thoughtful technique, and the vibrant flavors of the Lowcountry and beyond.

Take in the specific flavor of a lowcountry oyster with their briny salinity from the surrounding waterways, making for a one-of-a-kind salty & savory flavor profile that few others can match.
