Created by Pastry Chef Titouan Claudet, the Pomellato Afternoon Tea celebrates the artistry shared by haute joaillerie and haute pâtisserie. Each creation reflects Pomellato’s colorful elegance through delicate textures and refined craftsmanship.

Signature Creations

  • Chocolat Show by Pomellato

    A trompe-l’œil hot chocolate hiding a forêt noire heart, coated in vanilla mousse and glossy cherry glaze.

  • Signature Cookie Revisited

    Raspberry, caramel, praliné rose, topped with raspberry pearls evoking Pomellato’s gemstones.

  • Piémont Hazelnut Macaron

    Chocolate and Piedmont hazelnuts, embossed with the Pomellato “P”, like a jeweler’s hallmark.

Pure Indulgence (Non-alcoholic)

  • NUDO mocktail or French Bloom, Italian-style hot chocolate, and tea selection (Palais des Thés or Tea Repertoire).

Sparkling Indulgence (With Champagne)
