Rooted in the family lineages of members of our wellness team, these rituals bring together time-honored practices that nurture emotional balance, physical renewal, and spiritual connection.
Each experience is accompanied by ceremonial cacao from Tabasco, revered as medicine for the heart, inviting moments of reflection, presence, and deeper connection throughout the journey.

A transformative ritual inspired by one of Mexico’s most sacred botanical medicines. Revered for centuries for its purifying and protective qualities, copal guides this journey toward balance and renewal.

The experience begins with a traditional copal cleansing ceremony to clear stagnant energy and prepare the body and mind for the ritual ahead. A full-body exfoliation with a copal-infused scrub is followed by a detoxifying white clay and copal mask and a deeply restorative massage using warm copal resin oil.

Skin is left soft and radiant while the body and spirit feel grounded, renewed, and in harmony.

Among the Mixtec people, Kua’a Tavi refers to the return of the soul—a ritual traditionally performed during moments marked by deep emotional disquiet, and the spirit seeks to be gently called back into harmony.

Traditionally prepared to support women during periods of transition, the experience combines botanical infusions, warmth, and intention to cultivate balance, vitality, and a profound sense of care. It is complemented by the ancestral art of body alignment through massage and manteo (rebozo massage), a technique designed to adjust the joints, release tension, and realign the body’s structure.
