Chef Klemens Gold
Chef Klemens Gold is the Michelin-starred and Michelin Green-starred chef-owner of RAU in Upper Austria, where his nature-based cuisine is rooted in foraging, seasonality, and a deep respect for the land. Returning to Goldener Hirsch following his 2025 Summer Solstice collaboration, he brings a thoughtful, sustainability-driven approach to Alpine cooking.

Chef Andreas Herbst
Chef Andreas Herbst holds a Michelin star and Michelin Green Star as chef-owner of dahoam at Hotel Riederalm in Leogang, Austria, where his cuisine is rooted in regional heritage, ancient techniques and a zero-waste respect for the land. Joining Goldener Hirsch for the final residency of the Alpine Terroir series, he brings a modern, sustainability-driven approach to Austrian alpine cooking.
