This summer, two acclaimed Austrian chefs bring their craft to the Goldener Hirsch kitchen, reinterpreting Alpine cuisine through local ingredients, mountain terroir and a deep reverence for seasonality. Each chef presents two intimate evenings rooted in foraging, regional tradition and culinary artistry honed at some of Europe's most celebrated tables.
About the Chefs

Chef Klemens Gold is the Michelin-starred and Michelin Green-starred chef-owner of RAU in Upper Austria, where his nature-based cuisine is rooted in foraging, seasonality, and a deep respect for the land. Returning to Goldener Hirsch following his 2025 Summer Solstice collaboration, he brings a thoughtful, sustainability-driven approach to Alpine cooking.

Chef Theresia Palmetzhofer is one of Austria's leading female chefs, celebrated for her refined, ingredient-driven cuisine at her restaurant Zur Palme in Lower Austria, newly recommended in the 2025 Michelin Guide.
