TMVRC association dues vary from unit to unit and are billed out quarterly. This fee includes exterior of building insurance and maintenance, water, sewer, trash, as well as reserve contributions. We have no special assessments scheduled for the future.

• Status Request Forms to be filled out can be emailed to [email protected]. Our charge to fill these out are $175.00 transfer fee and $75.00 statement preparation fee for a total of $250.00.
