Weekly Movement

Fieldhouse is the center’s movement studio and peak performance fitness club, offering state-of-the-art technology and amenities. Guests can choose from a variety of daily movement classes, and they have the option to undergo a fitness assessment and receive functional training and performance coaching from world-class practitioners.

Resort guests are invited to enjoy our complimentary movement classes, offered daily.
Advance sign-up is required for resort and non-resort guests. We encourage you to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.

Monday

8:00 a.m. Aqua Fit & Flow

Flow through fluid yoga movements, finding strength in the body and clarity of the mind.

10:00 a.m. Breathwork & Yin Yoga

Driven by the power of breath, this guided session blends passive movement with intentional breathing to induce relaxation.
