This winter, The Woodward, Auberge Collection and CORDOVA bring the spirit of the mountains to the shores of Lake Geneva. From 1 December 2026 to 28 February 2027, Bar 37 becomes an elegant alpine retreat, with seasonal cocktails, elevated comfort food and a CORDOVA pop-up.

At Bar 37, a special menu brings an alpine touch to elevated comfort food, with highlights including La Trilogie Alpine mini beef and foie gras burgers, truffle frites, puffed-rice lobster cromesquis and kumquat gingerbread.
