Yoga Sessions: Journey to Way to Be Wellness and Yoga in town and experience a dynamic blend of strength training and yoga classes that will focus you mentally and condition you physically.

Spin on the Coast: Join us at Maine Revolution and partake in an indoor cycling class that leaves you feeling empowered, strong and centered.

Poolside Yoga: Start your morning with expert yoga instructor, Leslie Cargill, for an all-levels vinyasa flow by the White Barn pool. Begin with a brief breathwork series and meditation to ground and center, then enjoy body opening before moving into a vinyasa flow. Group sessions are also available in Leslie’s studio and private sessions are available upon request. Poolside Yoga available June - October.

Private Yoga or Pilates on the Cora Roof Deck: Set against the backdrop of sweeping coastal views from the Cora Houseboat Roof Deck, this bespoke 75-minute session is designed to honor your individual wellness journey. Guided by a highly regarded local expert, each session blends personalized elements of mindful breathwork, vinyasa flow, gentle yoga, yin, or foundational mat Pilates—crafted to match your experience level and goals. Whether you're seeking rejuvenation, strength, or a deeper connection to self, this private offering is the epitome of wellness tailored with grace and intention.

Private Sound Bath: Embrace the natural rhythms of the day with a soulful, private yoga practice held on the serene rooftop of the Cora Houseboat. As the sun rises or sets over the Maine coastline, your instructor will guide you through a personalized session that may include breathwork, slow-flow vinyasa, or salutation-based movement to energize or unwind. For evening tranquility, a moonlit yin yoga experience fosters deep relaxation and introspection under the stars. These immersive 75-minute practices are an invitation to connect deeply—with nature, with breath, and with inner stillness.
