In celebration of Easter, La Gamella welcomes the season with a spring brunch designed as a moment of conviviality, where the flavors of Italian tradition meet seasonal inspiration in a menu curated by Chef Nicola Zamperetti. Guests will be welcomed with a glass of Champagne, setting the tone for a selection of fresh and light preparations: handmade pasta crafted live, gourmet salads, crudi, vegetarian dishes, and a carefully curated selection of Italian cured meats and cheeses. Throughout the service, first and second courses will be presented to the table for sharing, creating a dialogue between time-honored recipes and contemporary interpretations. The experience concludes with a dedicated dessert selection from our pastry team, featuring traditional Easter sweets and seasonal creations. Beverages are included, with wines by Avignonesi — a refined Chardonnay and the iconic Nobile di Montepulciano — thoughtfully selected to express the character and depth of the region alongside each course.
