The Experience
On selected evenings from Thursday to Saturday, Il Bosco transforms into a shared dining experience beneath the olive trees. A single long table welcomes guests for an informal yet refined dinner inspired by the convivial spirit of Italian summer evenings. There is no fixed menu: the chef cooks live, guided by the season, serving dishes to share as the evening unfolds. Soft lighting and live music complete the atmosphere.
