This winter, The Woodward, Auberge Collection and CORDOVA bring the spirit of the mountains to the shores of Lake Geneva. From 1 December 2026 to 28 February 2027, Bar 37 becomes an elegant alpine retreat, with seasonal cocktails, elevated comfort food and a CORDOVA pop-up.

Au Bar 37, un menu spécial apporte une touche alpine à une cuisine réconfortante raffinée, avec notamment parmi les plats phares : les mini-burgers « La Trilogie Alpine » au bœuf et au foie gras, les frites à la truffe, les cromesquis au homard et au riz soufflé, ainsi que le pain d'épices au kumquat.
