The most generous space at The Dunlin has a lofty feel and a wall of windows that can remain open to bring the outside in. Connected to a glade of grass with sweeping views across the waterfront, this ample space can host the biggest of events but still be customized to feel cozy for smaller gatherings.

Featuring a lofty feel similar to that of The Shippon, Lime House has an expansive wall of windows that imparts an airy sensibility. Sitting close to the water with a grassy meadow outside the door, replete with cozy fireplace lounge, we love this space for luncheons, meetings, and group gatherings – it ideally transitions from day to night.

The Riverbank
